Description

Mbale Regional Referral Hospital (RRH) has received a grant from USAID under Government to Government mechanism to support HIV and TB Health System Strengthening in the Hospital and the region at large. The Project aims at strengthening capacity of the Hospital Teams in HIV and TB service delivery, leadership, management, and accountability. This is a USAID initiative to transition delivery of services and technical assistance directly to government entities.
The awards under this mechanist focus on HIV service delivery and health systems strengthening including public financial management.

Salary Scale: U5
Reports to: Procurement Officer

Qualification:
A diploma in procurement and supplies Chain management or Diploma in Business Studies / Administration with a bias in procurement and supplies management from a Recognized awarding Institution.

Mbale Regional Referral Hospital invites applications from suitability qualified applicants to fill vacant posts. The Application should be submitted to the Human Resource Office, Mbale Regional Referral Hospital

It should be noted that Health Workers recruited under this Project will be given employment contracts by the Hospital. These are full time jobs and people already holding full time jobs in Public Service or other Projects should not apply.

1. Applicants are advised to:
a) Complete Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3) in triplicate
b) Attach three (3) passport photos on each application form

2. Copies of Relevant Documents to be attached on the application form (PSF 3) include the following:
a) Academic and professional certificates (UCE, UACE, Professional Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees).
b) Evidence of training in specialized areas where applicable.
c) Letters of appointment where applicable.
d) Registration certificates and valid practicing licenses for health workers who are required by law to register with relevant Professional Councils.
e) National and current Institutional Identity Cards.
