2 x 37.5 HOURS P/W Permanent

Department: Inverclyde HSCP - Community Nursing

Hours: 37.5 hours per week worked 5 over 7 days

Grade: Band 4

Base: Inverclyde Community Adult Nursing

Role Of The Department

To provide a community nursing service to the housebound population of Inverclyde along with support to care homes.

The Job The Applicant Will Be Doing

To assist the Charge Nurse and provide effective and holistic nursing care to a designated caseload within Inverclyde HSCP

Rotation within Inverclyde locality anticipated as Service Demands

Skills / Qualifications

You must be able to demonstrate evidence of achievement of SCQF Level 8 in a healthcare related subject (or equivalent), or, experience demonstrated through the application of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) from a credit rating body e.g. college/university. You must also have experience of working in a Health and Social Care setting. Community experience would be advantageous but not essential. As part of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde’s pre-employment checking for all appointed candidates. This post requires PVG Scheme Membership / Disclosure Scotland Check. Full driving licence / car owner essential
