JOB DETAILS:

Our client, Horyal Investments Holding Company Ltd has commenced the process to operationalize á leading new sugar factory at AtiakUganda ,East Africa. The Factory, jointly owned by the Government of Republic of Uganda ,with annual production capacity(APC). 60,000 Tonnes of granular sugar seeks to recruit competent persons for the following position.
Job Title: Assistant Pan-In charge
Reports to: Senior Pan-In charge

Purpose:

Assistant the Senior Pan-In charge to plan, coordinate and supervise the production of good quality commercial sugar by utilizing the available equipment efficiently and minimize sugar loss and other available materials within the budgeted costs.

Specific knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge in machinery functioning principles and procedures
• Skills in overhauling and operations maintenance of pans
• Good analytical and quick fault detection skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reading graphs and analyzing the final product
• Knowledge about the chemistry of sugar processing
• Reading and calibration of quality control parameters

Required Education qualification:

• A master craftsman’ certificate in sugar boiling operations, or a first grade trade test certificate for pan boiler operators

Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years experience as a pan boiler in a large industry.
• Age: 25-35 Years

Job Education: master craftsman’ certificate

Job Experience: 3 years
