Job Summary:   Execution of telephonic research interviews and preparation of research reports with additional responsibilities for supporting overall research activities to provide necessary insights to aid in the company’s decision-making process

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct and record telephone interviews and/or face-to-face with customers, in accordance with predetermined interview protocol, data collection tools and documentation standards.
  • Conduct literature reviews and provide summarized reports
  • Recruit and/or interview subjects
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of customers, as necessary.
  • Summarize interviews
  • Develop or assist in the development of interview schedules; contact sampled respondents to introduce and explain research objectives and to arrange interviews, either in person or by telephone.
  • Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; follow up with respondents to resolve problems or clarify data collected.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Develop materials and methods for data collection and analysis as and when requested
  • Perform research on market trends using credible sources.
  • Compile research documents.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics or any related course

Work Experience           

  • 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment

Attributes and Skills Necessary Skills:

  • Proficient with MS Office application especially Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient in Data Analysis
  • Telecommunications industry trends.
  • Risk Management
  • General Technical knowledge of handsets and connectivity
