JOB DETAILS:
• Salary Scale: PU8.1 (Teaching, Science)
• Reports to: Dean, Faculty of Education and Humanities
• Job Summary:
The Assistant Lecturer will provide teaching and research support in the Department of Sports Science, focusing on physical education, sports training, and related fields.
• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate students.
2. Assist in the development of the curriculum for sports science courses.
3. Participate in sports-related research and community engagement.
• Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Master’s degree in Sports Science or a related field.
2. Experience in teaching or coaching is an added advantage.
3. Knowledge of contemporary trends in sports science.
