About Organisation:

Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotions Authority (UFZEPA) is a Statutory Government Agency established by the Free Zones (Amendment) Act 30 of 2024, and is responsible for the establishment, development, management, marketing, maintenance, supervision and control of Free Zones; the development, promotion and coordination of all export-related activities; and to provide for related matters.

Job Summary: To receive, record and issue stores at the UFZEPA.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, keep, retrieve and issue stores as per procedures
• Receive and compile requisition orders
• Verify invoices against goods received notes
• Post and maintain stores records
• Conduct stock-taking and stock inspection

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in Stores/Supply Chain Management or Procurement or equivalent
