Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment for the district.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of assets.
3. Conduct periodic stock-taking and ensure accountability of district assets.
4. Prepare and submit inventory reports to the relevant authorities.
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A diploma in Procurement, Logistics Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. At least 2 years of experience in inventory management.
3. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
4. Knowledge of government procurement and inventory policies.
