Role Overview
As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints.
2. Take customers' orders and manage ticketing for filled orders.
3. Balance receipts and payments in cash registers.
4. Serve food, beverages, and desserts to customers in various settings.
5. Monitor and order supplies to maintain inventory levels.
6. Assist in marketing development and growing the customer base for seminars and catering services.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, Social Science, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel management or food service.
- Required skills include: Service Orientation, Active Listening, Social Perceptiveness, Coordination.
- Proficient knowledge in Customer and Personal Service, Food Production, Sales and Marketing, Administration and Management.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) software, particularly Excel.
