Job Summary: Manage and maintain the asset register for all energy network assets. Develop and implement security policies, theft prevention measures, and risk assessments. Lead incident response, crisis management, and coordination with law enforcement. Oversee battery repossession operations, documentation, and field recovery teams. Conduct audits, monthly asset counts, and implement preventive measures. Recruit, train, and lead security and repossession personnel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the asset register for all energy network assets.
• Develop and implement security policies, theft prevention measures, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident response, crisis management, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Oversee battery repossession operations, documentation, and field recovery teams.
• Conduct audits, monthly asset counts, and implement preventive measures.
• Recruit, train, and lead security and repossession personnel.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security
• Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in security operations, asset recovery, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of repossession laws and procedures.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and crisis management skills.
• Experience in energy, logistics, or fleet management.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking, surveillance systems, and digital asset tools.
• Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
