Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Developer/Trainer with expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. This dual-role position involves both developing cutting-edge AI solutions and delivering engaging, practical training to aspiring data scientists, engineers, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/DL models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs on AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Prepare high-quality instructional materials including slides, exercises, labs, and assessments.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects and real-world case studies.
• Mentor and support learners in their AI career paths.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing ML/DL models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring individuals in technical subjects.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, transformers, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
