About the Role

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will work at the intersection of data science, machine learning, and software engineering. You’ll be responsible for building intelligent systems that enhance product capabilities, improve decision-making, and drive automation. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and AI models for various business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers — to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
• Research and implement new algorithms and frameworks to improve performance and scalability.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure model accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and cloud-based deployment environments for AI models.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance post-deployment.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or applied data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools for model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
