JOB DETAILS:
The duties and responsibilities of the Area Manager-Operations shall include but not limited to the following:
• Takes safe custody of all company weapons and ammunitions.
• Renders full accountability of all company weapons and ammunitions in the Armoury and in possession of the guards to Head Operations and the General Manager.
• Monitor the usage of all Company weapons and ammunitions deployed daily.
• Ensures that all company weapons and ammunitions are in good working condition.
• Issues company weapons and ammunitions after written approval from the Operations manager and the General Manager.
• Makes weekly and monthly reports to the Head Operations & Invetigations and the General Manager.
• Keeps copies of all the authorizations from Police and ensure compliance prior to issuing weapons and ammunitions.
• Ensures that all guards are deployed as per the schedules.
• Enforces discipline and ensures compliance by guards to all the company policies, regulations and procedures.
• Liaises with the supervisors to compile a pay roll to be approved by the Head Operations and submitted to the HR Department monthly in a timely manner.
• Always meets the weekly, monthly and annual set targets of the company.
• Monitors and evaluates performance of staff under his or her supervision.
• Conducts demonstrations and presentations to trainees and guards.
• Ensures there is timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.
• Investigate site incidents as soon as their occur, Liaise with police authority of the area and make a preliminary report to GM & Head of Operations.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that he or she may be assigned from time to time.

Personal Specifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, social science and social works, political science or a related field is required
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
• Persons with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in customer relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
• Strategic and critical thinking skills
