The Area Manager is responsible for monitoring teams in their Area, with a key role in Sales targets, Collections, and Recoveries. The job also requires an Area manager must be flexible and good at micro-management, and paying attention to details.

Job specification
- Plan targets for the Teams and ensure that they are timely achieved.
- Implement operational changes with strategically proposed methods.
- Evaluate the performance of the staff on an individual basis.
- Perform daily analysis of new market trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the market.
- Acknowledge customer queries timely and effective.
- Train and mentor the staff when required.
- Analyze the budget and profitability through cost-effective methods.
- Lead your Team to provide the best customer service.
- Investigate potential business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Determine long-term success by proposing different business development strategies.
- Ensure the expansion of sales and brand visibility.
- Plan targets for the Team and ensure that they are timely achieved.
Candidate specification
Educational requirements – Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Work experience – Background in Microcredit with a blend of Sales and Recoveries.
