Job Summary
Participate in an Apprenticeship Programme in order to maximise individual and organisational development, through the execution of predefined apprenticeship objectives.

The Absa Uganda Apprenticeship Programme aims to tackle youth unemployment of graduates by facilitating a smooth transition from work based training to employment at the very start of their career journey.

Job Description
Eligibility
• Ugandan Citizens
• Graduated 2021 onwards
• Minimum CGPA of 3.6
• A Credit in Mathematics and English at O Level

Employment Term
• One-year contract renewable to two years
• Apprentices are eligible to apply for roles once successfully completed six months as assessed to meet the requirements of the Bank.

Education
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
