Airline Operations Sales Specialist
Job location: EMEA/ APAC
Experience:
- 15-20 years’ experience in sales specializing in the Airline Industry
- Experience of working in Airline Operations an advantage
- Experience of working in Management Consulting an advantage
Job description:
- Create sales opportunities for iFlight product in collaboration with regional sales and account teams
- Partner with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives and to drive innovative solution design
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Work with the core product team and provide inputs that will maintain the competitive edge of the product
- Increase brand presence in the industry, develop industry connect and network for IBS in the Airline Operations Industry through active participation (speaking, being a panellist etc.) in industry forums, events, conferences etc.
Job Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Airline Operations and Crew Management business
- Have the industry contacts in the Airline Operations industry
- Experience of product sales into the Airline Operations industry
- Experience of digital transformation initiatives in the Airline Operations industry
- Ability to understand individual customer challenges and to develop value propositions
- Capability to handle business specific discussions with customers
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level within IT and business areas
- Excellent negotiations skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with senior executives
- Experience of working with globally distributed teams
