Airline Operations Sales Specialist

Job location: EMEA/ APAC

Experience: 

  • 15-20 years’ experience in sales specializing in the Airline Industry
  • Experience of working in Airline Operations an advantage
  • Experience of working in Management Consulting an advantage

Job description:

  • Create sales opportunities for iFlight product in collaboration with regional sales and account teams
  • Partner with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives and to drive innovative solution design
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work with the core product team and provide inputs that will maintain the competitive edge of the product
  • Increase brand presence in the industry, develop industry connect and network for IBS in the Airline Operations Industry through active participation (speaking, being a panellist etc.) in industry forums, events, conferences etc.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Airline Operations and Crew Management business
  • Have the industry contacts in the Airline Operations industry
  • Experience of product sales into the Airline Operations industry
  • Experience of digital transformation initiatives in the Airline Operations industry
  • Ability to understand individual customer challenges and to develop value propositions
  • Capability to handle business specific discussions with customers
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level within IT and business areas
  • Excellent negotiations skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with senior executives
  • Experience of working with globally distributed teams
