JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the air cargo market.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
•⁠ ⁠Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services.

Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in sales, preferably in the air freight or logistics industry.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of air cargo operations and regulations.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
