Position

An opportunity has arisen for a AHP Clinical Service Support Officer within the AHP Administration Department at Biggart Hospital.

The position is offered on a permanent basis.

What You Will Do

You will provide a comprehensive clerical service for a variety of Allied Health Professionals pan Ayrshire.

Duties will include transcribing and population of referrals onto the appropriate IT systems, live calls with patients, relatives and colleagues, clinic building, supporting the service leads to manage waiting lists, and general admin office tasks as per service needs.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job

You should have relevant IT qualifications (ECDL), experience using TRAKCARE, EMIS Web, SCI Gateway and Winscribe and previous NHS experience is desirable for this post.

Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Hours

30 hours per week over Monday to Friday working 9am – 3.30pm.
