BUGISU COOPERATIVE UNION LTD EST. 1954 Bugisu Cooperative Union Empowering Farmers. Growing Together. WE ARE HIRING! AGRONOMISTS FOR THE EYE-C PROGRAM UNDER BCU Bugisu Cooperative Union (BCU) is seeking five passionate and skilled Agronomists to strengthen our extension services and support  coffee farmers under the EYE-C Program.

Responsibilities or duties

• Provide agronomic advice and on-farm support to coffee farmers.
• Promote sustainable coffee production and good agricultural practices.
• Conduct field demonstrations, trainings, and farmer group meetings.
• Monitor crop performance and submit technical reports.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g.,  education, skills)

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of coffee production and extension.
• Excellent communication and fieldwork skills.
• Passion for empowering farmers and sustainable agriculture.
