Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Agency Officer, the Agency Development Manager(ADM) shall be responsible for the development of the Pru Potential teams(currently 10 teams) in both Kampala and Mbarara such that their combined contribution to new business, producing agents, APE and other key metrics is in the north of 40 percentile mark, currently close to 30%. One of these Pru potential teams should be eligible for promotion into Pru Elite club membership within a 12month review period.

Job Scope: 

Reporting to the Chief Agency Officer, the Agency Development Manager(ADM) shall be responsible for the development of the Pru Potential teams(currently 10 teams) in both Kampala and Mbarara such that their combined contribution to new business, producing agents, APE and other key metrics is in the north of 40 percentile mark, currently close to 30%. Principal Accountabilities 

• Development of the 10 Pru Potential teams

• Strong emphasis on the development of Mbarara to increase their contribution to the overall agency performance, now under 10% to 20% by the end of 2020.

• Ensure the growth of manpower across all teams in Mbarara

• Development of all leaders in Pru potential teams to increase their active span of control.

• Enforcement of the full Activation management cycle within the entire spectrum of Pru potential teams.

• Enforce agency standards and discipline within the entire spectrum of Pru potential teams.

• Create more millionaires in Pru potential teams.

• Reporting

• Any other duties as may be assigned you by the CAO.

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in a Finance Related Field, Education of Human Resources.

• Possession of professional qualification in insurance or in progress towards attaining it

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry.
