ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Consultancy Service for Conducting a baseline assessment for enhancing food security and nutritional outcomes for vulnerable women and children in West Nile, northern Uganda.

Danchurch Aid (DCA) would like to engage the services of individuals and/or Consultancy firms to undertake the above referenced consultancy service. DCA now invites interested and eligible bidders to submit technical and financial proposals for the assignment as per the Terms of Reference (TORY included in the Request for Proposal documents.

Detailed Request for Proposal document (RFP) can be downloaded free of charge from the website www.danchurchaid.org. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
The Technical and Financial proposal in electronic form must be in two Separate documents/ attachments and be sent to elsi@dca.dk. Each copy of technical and financial proposal shall be paginated serially, prior to submission.

Individuals and/or Consultancy firms will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (Qces) Method procedures described in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Bladers may request for clarifications no less than five (5) working days from the deadline date and time for submission, from akad@dca.dk; with copy in elsi@dca.dk and geok@dca.dk.
Bidders must submit the following documents:
Certificate of Incorporation (Company Registration) At Least 3 contactable References in the last 5 years Company profile demonstrating relevant experience.
CVs of proposed Experts
Statements of Availability for the proposed experts.
These documents must be part of the Technical Proposal.

Late bids will be rejected.
DCA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and may annul the tendering process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
