Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Ads Moderator. The Ads Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating advertisements for compliance with company policies and guidelines. They will also be responsible for identifying and flagging inappropriate content and ensuring a safe and positive user experience. The Ads Moderator will contact contact companies, SMEs and organizations inviting them to advertise on Cash Chat platforms. The will also register and and activate new users on the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume work environment
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus
• Ability to make quick and sound decisions
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Experience in customer service or community management is beneficial
