Job Description/Requirements
Location: Naalya Estate
Reports to: Supervisor/CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Conduct regular stock-taking to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, receipts, petty cash, and bookkeeping using MS Excel.
- Customer Relations: Maintain and update the customer database, provide timely feedback, and manage client calls efficiently.
- Company Values: Understand and uphold the company’s mission and values in all tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Act as a quick thinker and problem solver in handling customer or operational challenges.
- Payroll Management: Prepare and manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Flexibility & Teamwork: Adapt to flexible working hours and support team efforts where necessary.
- Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and personal grooming as per company standards.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess or be willing to learn about cleaning industry practices and services.
- Work Under Pressure: Effectively handle work pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality service.
- Training & Development: Participate in training sessions provided by the company to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in a business related course.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and basic accounting/bookkeeping.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work under minimal supervision.
- Previous administrative experience in a cleaning company or service industry is an advantage.
- Must be highly organized, a team player, and able to maintain confidentiality.
