We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content administrator to join our dynamic team in the E-commerce vertical. As a Content Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting our sellers in creating compelling content, uploading product images, and facilitating all related actions required to bring their product assortment live on the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the seller’s content meets the platform’s guidelines and standards while optimizing it for visibility and customer engagement. Main Job Functions:
1. Content Creation Support:
• Collaborate with sellers to understand their product offerings and unique selling propositions.
• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers in crafting accurate, engaging, and persuasive product descriptions and content.
• Ensure that content adheres to the platform’s style guidelines, SEO best practices, and product categorization.
1. Product Image Management:
• Assist sellers in preparing and optimizing product images to meet the platform’s image guidelines and visual standards.
• Ensure product images are of high quality, visually appealing, and accurately represent the product being sold.
1. Product Assortment Uploading:
• Guide sellers through the process of uploading their product assortment onto the platform’s backend system.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that all uploaded product information is accurate and complete.
1. Seller Training and Onboarding:
• Conduct training sessions to educate sellers on the platform’s content creation and uploading processes.
• Offer ongoing support to new and existing sellers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
1. Content Optimization:
• Continuously analyze the performance of seller content and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest and implement strategies to optimize content for improved visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
1. Compliance and Guidelines:
• Stay up-to-date with the platform’s content policies and guidelines, ensuring all seller content adheres to these standards.
• Monitor and enforce content policies to maintain a high-quality and consistent user experience.
1. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on content performance, seller engagement, and overall platform health.
• Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to identify trends and insights that can drive content improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace platforms and their content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with sellers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with product image editing software is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
