JOB DETAILS:
To oversee and coordinate various administrative tasks.
• Manage and organize office operations on a daily basis.
• Manage schedules.
• Coordinate meetings.
• Handle correspondences (answer phone calls and emails).
• Welcome visitors and make appointments.
• File NSSF and annual returns.
• Organize travel arrangements, especially for shopping.
• Handle social media pages (Facebook and website).
Qualifications:
• Diploma | Degree in Business Administration.
• Computer skills, especially Excel, Word, etc.
• Teamwork.
