Supporting the Home Care team in Airdrie you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team supporting clients to safely age in place and those recovering from surgery or other medical issues. Working under minimal guidance and direction you will be responsible for a wide range of duties and activities that will include clinical support for the team, operational support, Information management, staffing, scheduling and payroll. and other duties as required by the Manager and team

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent time management and organization skills, Excellent computer skills including office, excel, PowerPoint. Able to work well under pressure, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to deal with complex, time sensitive tasks. Previous experience working in a medical setting, working directly with the public. Office or business administration certificate. 2-5 years of administrative support experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Home Care or a Community Health Setting.
