Job Summary:  We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to maintain effective workflows in our company through efficient management across various departments. Your main areas of focus on this job will be office management, financial management and operational supervision.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical, administrative, and financial support and follow-up for substantive meetings organized by management and other staff members.
  • Manage correspondence and prepare the necessary information for reply/action, and draft and finalize responses;
  • Manage project calendars and schedule of activities.
  • Maintain an efficient records management system in compliance with SMAT Marketing’s records management guidelines;
  • Manage financial transactions and monitor budget compliance.
  • Draft for approval, all documentation including project agreements, work plans and others;
  • Manage the company’s statutory tax compliance and other operational licenses and obligations.
  • Carry out any other duties as may be required by the project coordinators.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a degree or diploma in a business-related course. An extra role-specific professional certification is an added advantage.
  • At least three to five years of administration and operations management related work experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and at least one other common local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based communications like E-Mail and others relevant to this role.
  • Proficiency with at least two years of hands-on experience in accounting & book keeping.
  • Knowledge of tax management is an added advantage.
  • Experience with supervision of work teams.
