About Organisation:
Sunset Foundation a faith-based organization committed to transforming lives through acts of service is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant Volunteer to support our mission.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents and records
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters)
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Support daily administrative operations
- Maintain organisation databases and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration/ accounting or related fields
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- A committed Christian with a heart to serve.
