ROUTINE TASKS:

  • Ensure separation of reporting lines within each company.
  • Ensuring that each Department Head submits their budget in time.
  • Compiling & submitting the various budgets to accountant.
  • Liaising with CEO to ensure that premiums for clients that the company is obliged to pay are collected.
  • To develop & maintain an accurate register for all company assets.
  • To develop an asset servicing and maintenance schedule.
  • To develop and maintain an assets repair record.
  • To develop and maintain a motor vehicle and motorcycle fueling register.
  • To develop and maintain a voice and data service schedule.
  • To develop and maintain an office rent schedule  and payment record.
  • To develop and maintain a utilities schedule and payment record.
  • To develop and maintain an office supplies schedule and payment record.
  • To develop and maintain a service provider record including the following:
  • To appraise general staff every end of June and every end of December.
  • To develop and maintain an insurance schedule & record for all company assets, resources, and liabilities.
  • To ensure account for all petty cash disbursements.
  • To manage the affairs of CEO as directed by CEO.
  • To maintain, schedule for the CEO.
  • To account for all printing resources of the company.
  • To account for all company assets.
  • To ensure that the office is open at 8.00am and closed not before 5:00pm.
  • To perform any other duties as may be required and or assigned.
