ADDENDUM TO THE BID NOTICE FOR THE PROVISION, INSTALLATION, TRAINING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF AN INTEGRATED  ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM: PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO.: UNOC/NCONS/25-26/00280.

Reference is made to the above procurement that was published by Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) in the print media on 4th, 7th and 10th March 2026 in the New Vision, East African and Daily Monitor Newspapers respectively.

This is to inform all interested parties that:

The Bid submission date for the Provision, Installation, Training, Commissioning and Maintenance of an Integrated  Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System that was scheduled for Thursday, 2nd April 2026 has been extended to Monday 20th April 2026 at 10:00am (Ugandan Time). The time and location of bid submission remains the same.
