1. Purchase of Bidding Documents:
   The bidding document will be issued to interested bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 through a Commercial Bank to the account below:

1. Submission of Bids:
   Interested bidders will submit proof of payment via email to procurement@dpf.or.ug to be issued with soft copies of the bidding document or to the Procurement & Disposal Unit on Level 6, AHA Towers, for hard copies of the bidding document.
2. Deadline for Bid Submission:
   The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00 a.m. (local time) on January 15, 2025.
3. Availability of Detailed Bid Notice:
   The detailed Bid Notice shall be available at https://dpf.or.ug/bids-notices-tenders/ and the Procurement Notice Board at the DPF office indicated in No. 2 above.
