Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mobile money transactions- Posting mobile money MoMo (MTN/ Airtel) transactions and customer income
• EFRIS Compliance -Issuing and recording receipts/invoices in line with URA rules.
• Supplier and expense recording-Capturing supplier bills, park fees, fleet costs, and other expenses.
• Financial reporting -Preparing financial statements and weekly payment vouchers.
• Account reconciliation -Reconciling accounts payable, mobile money balances, and supplier statements.
• Fleet expenses-Tracking vehicle costs, fuel, and mileage reports:
• working with drivers to ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Supporting overall finance operations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related Field from recognized University.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Level 4 required

• At least 2 years of experience preferably within the tours and travel industry or hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in Business Central System or a similar accounting sottware
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
