Job Purpose
The overall purpose of the job is to provide technical support to the finance function by monitoring and tracking of all upcountry customer invoices and handling all invoicing queries from customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day reconciliation of all Route-sales accounts.
- Undertake all Accounting duties from time to time for all company Depots when required.
- Provide support in raising of company’s sales invoices in line with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for timely coordination, monitoring transaction accuracy in sap vs field assist application
- Support sales team in ensuring full compliance with Efris system
- Responsible for timely reconciliation of customer Accounts
- Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
- Support Treasurer Team, ensuring all bank deposits are captured in Company Accounting software
Person Specification
- Education, Training, Skills & Experience
- Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
