About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, SAR Scientific Ltd, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Accounts Administrator to work in Uganda.
Job summary:
Sar scientific deals in supply, installation, service and maintenance of laboratory equipment and the accounts administrator will oversee general maintenance of office premises, handle accounting function and all administration requests from management.

Job Description / Responsibilities
• Handling Accounting function of the Organization including annual returns (Small startup)
• Managing tender & prequalification documentation including purchase, compilation, contract signing and keeping records of all communications relating to tenders

• Handling all administration requests from the management, clients and suppliers
• Oversee general maintenance of Office premises
• Stock management
• Managing company internal and external communications
• Maintaining & Preparing Company documents including company licenses, registrations, organization charts, company profile, policies etc.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years’ experience with experience in accounting & general Administration.
• Relevant Accounting Qualification i.e. CPA/ ACCA
