JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounting & Tax Advisory Associate to join
our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality

advisory services in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The Accounting & Tax Advisory

Associate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic
solutions that facilitate compliance and drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice on accounting principles, taxation regulations, and compliance requirements for various clients.
2. Assist clients in developing and implementing effective financial strategies and solutions.

3. Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

4. Prepare and present reports on findings, recommendations, and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, tax legislation changes, and compliance requirements to inform advisory practices.
6. Support in the preparation of respective tax returns and ensure accurate documentation for clients.

7. Engage in client meetings to assess needs, resolve issues, and foster strong
relationships.
8. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and develop new advisory products and services.
9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; At least Level II of relevant certification (CPA or ACCA, is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance advisory roles especially in an audit firm environment (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of tax legislation and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client service.
