Bugiri Municipal Council invites applications from subsidy qualified and competent firms/companies to bid for prequalification for supplies, services, works for Financial Years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and annual tender for revenue sources listed below.

### OPEN NATIONAL BIDDING
The following services and supply are open to all eligible companies/firms in Uganda.

#### Prequalification for supplies, services and works

### SUPPLIES

1. Supply of Fuells, Oils and Lubricants under Framework Contracts
2. Provision of hotel, conference venues and catering services under Framework Contracts
3. Supply of assorted office stationery, small office equipment, printing, binding and photocopying under Framework Contracts
4. Supply of uniforms, curtains, carpets, beddings and Protective ware
5. Supply, repair and maintenance of laptops, desktop computers, Printers and related consumables under Framework Contracts
6. Supply of office furniture, School furniture, Road furniture, fittings, tools and equipment
7. Supply of motor cycles
8. Supply of tyres, tubes, batteries , spare parts and road plants ,Repair and maintenance of JUVehicles, cycles under Framework Contracts
9. Agricultural, forestry, Fisheries, veterinary and entomological, Machinery equipment and tools
10. Supply of improved Animal Breeds, farming and forestry planting material
11. Road construction materials (e.g., gravel, culverts etc.) under Framework Contracts

### SERVICES

1. Hire of road plants equipment for road (under framework)
2. Provision of architectural designs and drawings

### WORKS

1. General construction, completion, renovation and maintenance of buildings
2. Supply, installation and maintenance of generators, solar equipment, accessories and Electrical works and fittings,

The closing date for submission of Tender applicabons/bids is 13th June 2025 at 11.00 Am and the Bids will be opened on the same day at 11.30Am in the Municipal Board Room in the presence of the Bloisers or their representatives who may wish to attend.
