Job Summary

The accountant will manage financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking.

- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate ledger entries.

- Ensure timely filing of taxes and statutory returns.

- Support internal and external audits.

- Maintain proper documentation for financial compliance.

- Process accounts payable and receivable.

- Oversee payroll preparation and statutory deductions.

- Track outstanding invoices and payments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy of financial reports.

- Timeliness of tax and statutory filings.

- Audit compliance score.

- Efficiency in processing transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

- CPA/ACCA certification (part or full) is an added advantage.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
