We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, general ledger entries, and journal entries.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process with data analysis.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role (public accounting experience is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
