JOB DETAILS:
Can be based in Uganda/East Africa
I am seeking an accurate, focused Accountant to join our administrative team. This position will join an existing team of accounting professionals. The role focuses on various aspects of the accounting function, to be determined at a later stage. This may include data entry, document controls, accounts payable, reconciliations, report development and creation, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (all Required):
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* At least 3 years of full-time accounting-related experience including accounts payable and reconciliations
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English, especially over video and phone
* Ability to access high quality internet

Additional Information:
* This position can be remote
* Must work hours aligned with 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.) – 40 hour work week

* Candidates based outside of the U.S. will be hired as independent contractors

* Must bring your own computer, Internet Connection, and communication equipment (microphone/headphones)
* May NOT work another job / side hustle
