Job Summary:
• The accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial insights to support decision-making. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health and integrity of A4C Internet Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decisions.

Maintain accurate and Up-to-date financial records.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with department heads.
Prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses.
3. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
4. Transaction Management
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash flow records.
Monitor and process payroll.
5. Audit and Internal Controls
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
6. Collaboration and Support
Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Provide financial training and support to nonfinancial staff when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is an added advantage).

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
