Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Document all financial transactions
• Knowledge of Quickbooks Pro-Online version
• Provision of weekly sales/expense reports
• Knowledge of EFRIS
• Ability to file statutory monthly returns for NSSF and URA
• Manage staff payroll
• Reconcile petty cash transactions
• Maintain accurate financial reports
• Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain accurate stock records on EFRIS
• Perform weekly stock counts and ensure that records are properly maintained
• Ability to communicate and multi-task with different bosses
