The Role: Account Manager - A2P SMS

We’re looking for a very experienced, proactive and strategic Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of A2P messaging clients.

This role specifically requires someone who is fluent in English.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of A2P messaging clients with a focus on retention and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular account reviews and reporting
• Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value
• Identify high-potential accounts and focus on strategic development
• Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of our account management approach

What You Bring

• 6+ years of account management experience within the A2P SMS industry
• A strong telecom industry network
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You should be someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Fluent in English
