Account Executive – DACH
Permanent | Fully Remote
MUST BE NATIVE/FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKING
An early-stage SaaS scale-up is expanding internationally after a recent funding round and is looking for a driven Account Executive to lead growth in the DACH region. You’ll join a small but high-energy team, working closely with two talented sales colleagues already on the ground, and play a key role in shaping the future of the DACH division.

What you’ll be doing
90% sales, 10% marketing:
• Build and grow your client portfolio through the full sales cycle – prospecting, running demos, and closing deals
• Execute outbound and inbound strategies to generate pipeline
• Support the brand in the DACH region – create and translate content, shoot customer videos, attend trade shows and events
• Understand the market, network with key players, and feed insights back to the team
What we’re looking for
• Native-level German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English (French a plus)
• Someone ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
• A natural sales hunter who enjoys creating something from scratch and thrives in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable with varied, hands-on work and happy to be “in the field” with customers
• Collaborative mindset with strong empathy and initiative
