The Petroleum Authority of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of various supplies and services detailed in the table below:

The deadline for bid submission shall be on 26th March 2026.
Bidding documents for each of the above five (5) items shall be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written, signed, scanned application letter and proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 (Uganda Shillings one hundred thousand only) to hpdu@pau.go.ug. The method of payment will be through any bank authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue (NTR) fees by the Uganda Revenue Authority.
