The Bidding documents shall be inspected, issued and the bids shall be delivered at: Procurement & Disposal Division, Uganda Revenue Authority Headquarters, 13th Floor URA Tower, P.O. Box 7279, Kampala, Telephone: 256 (0) 417 - 442155/6/7/8/9.
The Bidding documents in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the Assistant Commissioner Procurement & Disposal Division at the address in (2) above.
Bidders are advised to generate Bank Payment Registration Slips from the URA website www.ura.go.ug and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for each procurement to any bank authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.
