Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding method procedures contained in the Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2014 and 2023. And is Open to all bidders.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 3:30 Pm East African Standard Time on 11th March 2026.
A Complete set of bidding document in English may be viewed and purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Procurement and Disposal Unit and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 53,000/ (Fifty three thousand shillings only). The method of Payment will be by use of Payment Reference Number (PRN) as shall be issued by Municipal cashier. After payment proceed to municipal cashier and present the bank slip to obtain a General Receipt.
