Description
The Ministry of Health, under Global Fund Grant invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: MOH/GF/SUPLS/2025-26/00024, Supply and Distribution of Printed Select Revised Health Management Information System (HMIS) tools (Renewable), with a Bid Security amount of Lot 1: 4,000,000, Lot 2: 4,000,000, Lot 3: 4,000,000 (UGX).
The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at The Ministry of Health, P.O. Box 7272 Kampala Uganda, Plot 6 Lourdel Rd, Nakasero. Block Room D109.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00 am on 10th March, 2026.
The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be in a reputable commercial Bank on the Uganda Revenue Account for Non-Tax Revenues. The bidders shall present the acknowledgement of payment before being issued with the bidding document.
