  1. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document may be inspected and obtained from the Uganda Human Rights Commission, Head Office, Plot 22B Lumumba Avenue, 5th Floor, Rumee Building, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 at the bank.

  2. The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 11:00am on Friday, 19 December 2025.
