3. The bidding document(s) in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) or equivalent, payment will be made to the commercial bank on the Uganda Revenue Account for Non-Tax Revenues.
