Bidding documents shall be issued using email upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 250,000/= or USD70 for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and 50,000/= for Website Reconstruction. Bidders are advised to submit a written application with the payment receipt to the email address below to obtain the Bidding document.
