Kira Municipal Council invites interested providers to participate in provision of works, supplies and Services for FY 2025-26 as detailed below;

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address at (4) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (One Hundred thousand Shillings) only. The method of payment will be obtaining a Payment Reference Number (PRN) at Kira Municipal Council Procurement unit and a General Receipt obtained from the Municipal Cashier.
The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at the Procurement and Disposal Unit Kira Municipal Council from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Bids must be delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit at or before 11.00am on the 29th December, 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the above address at 11.30 am on the 29th December, 2025.
